I don't care how few people were in the pool, it was very unprofessional. The life guard was lounging on a reclining chair on his phone.

We went at night when it was supposed to be adult swim (from 7-10:00) and there were kids there. The pool room is VERY hot and the pool VERY cold. Here's what we didn't like: The indoor pool is open. The room was awesome, very large, comfortable and clean. The decor is fantastic, exactly what you would expect from the Hard Rock.
